Can't find a link (on XLforum / badweb / v-twinforum), apart from the price of doing the work by Hoban (Dark Horse) and Zippers (thought they did lighters):

http://www.darkhorsecrankworks.com/dark ... ricing.pdf

http://www.zippersperformance.com/catal ... &prod=2065

Basically it is to rework your left crank case to take Timken bearings like the tubers. You can then set your end float which the roller bearings on the XBs will not. If you are going to do this, you would be best advised to get a set of tuber motors with a crank to see how it works. Indeed, those cases you had in the back of your car with the roller bearing cams will probably do.

Maz has a set of cases I gave him to look into doing this with Spondon440.

How about a trapdoor mod? Get a trapdoor off a scrap sportster engine and rework the cases to take it.

Am 08 12 crank (and pistons)? Or just the rods, you will need to bore the webs to take the bigger pin, I have some webs you can have and I think Carrillo will sell you some rods.

Maz will have more ideas...
