Still learning how to disassemble (and reassemble, with no spare screws!!) I think the next step would be to do as Kevmean says, swop the sensors.
I have had an offer from Pash, to loan me a spare, (just shows what a brilliant forum this is!)
Just going to hangfire till I've heard from Pash....

OK, he is an update on the 02 sensor fault.

I have installed the 02 sensor, which Pash kindly loaned me,
and get the same fault, I disconnected the 02 lead and then connected
a volt meter, I get a constant 1 volt? Is this correct?

Incidently I notice the fault light had gone out, while I had it disconnected,
tried to rev it after it had warmed up, but just cut out.
So I have left it for now, will have another look tommorow....

Watch this space!

Well, when fully warmed up you should get an average of 0.5V. It will be 1V if running rich, i.e. when it is on the (virtual) choke.

Swapping them over would be my plan too.

Do you have anything to log data with? ECMSpy perchance?

I can send you a Palm to log with.

MY - I assume you mean Model and Year

1125r 2009 September, until recently I have been using it regularly to commute to work
about 30 miles a day. (only on the dry days of course, which has not been a lot this year!)

I am going to recheck the voltages, from both front and rear sensors,
also will look at the fault history, and will report back.....

get yourself set up with ecmspy for mono-I'm sure Pash can do you a cable.
Then I can email you a new eeprom with no O2 sensors,if it still won't run at least you'll know it isn't the sensors.

Faulty O2 sensors shouldn't stop it running,I suspect you have a fuelling issue as it sounds like it will idle long enough to warm up.

Ecm spy would give you lots of live data to look at that should help identify the fault.

Other option stick the bike in a van and bring it down to brum,I've got lots of spares.

Thanks for the advice Battyone!

Just to give everyone an update,
and It has nothing to do with me Bike!

I have to go in for a triple heart bypass next week, so I'm going to be out of action for at least a month!
my own engine is more important than the bike!

Just shows you don't know what is round the corner.....

Will keep in touch,
cheers for now

Hi All,

I'm now back home after the big OP, they ended up doing a QUAD bypass,
so my engine is now tip top and raring to go! We all take the NHS for granted,
but I have nothing but praise for all them guys at the NHS, first class from start to finish!
only thing is now I have to take it easy for the first 6 weeks,
so I can only sit and look at me bike for the time being...
:(

I nearly gave myself a heart attack on the old Winchester bypass when someone pulled out on me
Glad you sound to be sorted, it should give you some time to fiddle with your bike or learn the black arts of which Gunter, Battyone and Pash speak. ( when you do pass, them on)
