Ok , I'v read up on the FS tensioner & the grease nipple so what's all this about a oil cooler upgreads? Mines a 03 xbs & I can't find owt on here about it? Thanks so far you've scared me into submission !!

Removed reflectors
Removed Belt Guards "first belt did 4000m with guards,second belt 15.000 with no guards ;)
Extended rear mud guard.
Albert Exhaust
AST shock :yup:
Homemade tail tidy. :)
Race ECM
Current mileage 25,000 miles :mrgreen:

Hey All,

You can add top rocker cover gaskets ( the updated version in black ) to your list of upgrades as well to stem the rear cylinder oil leak that will develop.........ask me how I know! lOl

Just completed my first engine rotate, not too bad a job.

Onwards and upwards with the modding.

My Firebolt is now back on the road after doing the Oil pump gear change (Lucky Hands)...had a few nervous moments as i have never undertaken anything like this before but.....if you follow the instructions (Pash's link above) to the letter....dont skip bits and certainley dont move onto other bits before you have completed everything up until that point you will be fine. I had a good friend on the end of my phone to help with the difficult bits !!
If it needs doing then do it.....its not as bad as you think !!
