So, looking at the anti rattle shim and the position of the pads on the pin, I reckon I am 1.5mm to the left on the X1 and about the same to the right on the black S1.
Neither move the disc when the brakes are applied.
Is it maybe just a case of 'running in' the seals?

Thanks for checking that for me - What disc are you using on the X1? For now I'm going to pop new pads in and see what happens.

Both are 10 bobbin Buell discs. I think you have a pro lite...
