Trying to get some lighter springs for my AST twin shocks, I found AST UK to be a total waste of time - seemingly more interested in swanning around with car race teams than giving any kind of attention, let alone service, to Joe Public. After about 4 months of wasting my time, he told me that he cannot get springs that light.

If you decide to try a lighter spring, these people are worth a call...
