not much progress of late, this weekend i will be making some larger primaries from where the two smaller pipes join, i did cut the front one tonight, then realised i needed the rear one back on the bike to check they miss each other, the rear pipe is an absolute ballbag to get in and out

Doesn't look right at all....................just doesn't seem to fit the shape of the bike.

yeah saw the barker before
anyway after much swearing etc the bike is now back together
took it for a spin yesterday, we now have larger primaries and equal length
did a noise test, no baffle was 109db@5000rpm, with a make shift baffle 105ish@5000rpm, so with a proper baffle i think we can get within 105db

best side view i have at the moment
the front primary is tucked in pretty well so it does'nt poke out past the side pod and won't be anywhere near your legs either, unless of course you have massively long legs :)

look foward to seeing you steve, will be home about 5.30 if thats ok :yup:

Loving the look, but I am a bit concerned that we need a bit more length or volume to better the stock system.

I'm walking on very thin ice here, but when looking at the dyno graphs I would vote for unequal length first. The dyno run with equal length hits the torque maximum somewhere and then it drops and never turns up again. The pink line looks more promising to me (but I'm just an IT guy ... :P).
