have cut done the timing cover whilst replacing the oil pump drive gear and makes life a lot easier to get at things ,have thought about re-routing the oil pipes in the equivilent bore size but in seemless stainless hydraulic pipe with rubber crimped ends to allow for expansion to existing connections..
