Right, I'm back fighting fit, them hospital mechanics did a brilliant job, now I've just got to sort this peskey fault....

I've changed both 02 sensors, and I am still getting the same fault...
just to refresh everyone after the bike has warmed up, I get REAR 02 SYS ERROR

I've checked the wiring for any faults, all seems OK, now I'm thinking could it be the ECM module at fault? :headbang:

Too many abbreviations!!

I'm only a learner on here!

The bike has been stored over winter, not rode it since October last year.

Here are the results...

Front Adaptive value 100.0
Rear Adaptive value 105.0

DTC codes are P0152 - which from the diagnostic ref, states 02 sensor circuit high/engine rich.

also System voltage - P0562, the battery needed charging, which is probably why this code is present.

I do not trust any trouble code as long as a voltage error is shown.

:yt:

Remember that the ecu is looking for certain signals back from all of the sensors ....... so as Gunter points out if you have a wrong voltage supplying the sensors you are most certainly going to have a wrong signal back ;)
Check out the charging system and make sure it is functioning correctly as on a 2009/2010 they have known problems which could be giving you wrong system voltages ....also make 100% sure battery is ok and that the connections are tight because lots of people have been caught out only to find battery cables were loose.

PASH: Yes it arrived OK thanks, have just tried it out, and it started OK, but revved up to over 3000 revs whilst warming up, then gradually came down to normal revs, after about 2mins, don't know whether this is normal for a 2008 model?

Anyhow, it came back with a SYS fuel fault?? - will check what this code is.
The tank is getting low, as the fuel light is also on.

As for the battery, I know 100% this is OK, as I have had it on trickle charge for a couple of days,
It starts immediately, and voltage is showing about 12.4 volts, also I've checked the connections, which are nice and tight.
