I have a 98 cyclone with a front brake problem, it's allWays roasting hot after a ride and has recently started binding on? I replaced the pads an greased the pins up etc but the problem has come back? Has anyone else here had this? I'm new to the buell world so not sure if I should start replacing calliper or seals or master cylinders yet??

Any help will be great thanks folks

Sounds like its time for a caliper overhaul, parts i.e pistons and seals are fairly cheap but unless you are fairly competant with the 'Elsie Tanners' etc its best to get someone who is to do it for you

......also, make sure the lever is OEM or at least the correct fitment ie. is allowing the piston to return fully.
Check the bleed back port in the m/cyl. isn't blocked.
As gus sez, caliper piston and seal kits are reasonably priced but really should be fitted by a competent person.
