Post subject:  Clutch adjuster bearing replacement

Just a quicky,I can't remember the sizes of openings etc at the mo, anyone know whether you can change the bearing on the adjuster screw without pulling the primary? I only pulled it about 500 miles ago.

Yes you can.......what's up with the bearing ?......I've never seen one fail :?

Thanks maz, I thought it might have a bit of a rough spot as I span it on adjusting the clutch the other day. Probably not by the sounds of it! I'll pull it and check anyway

Well, there's always a first one! ;)

When we sold Wieteke's X1 the first thing that the new owner contacted me about was about that bearing. Couldn't believe it! :shock:
