Need some help with replacing injectors on the xb.
Bike at the moment is in Sweden and was hoping to get it back to the Uk so i could book it in for Maz to change the faulty injector.
Not really an option now as the insurance won't pay for repatriation.
Something to do with the bike being of less value than the cost to ship it home.

Anyway back on topic,have been doing some searching but failed to come up with much info and the service manual is a bit vague.
Have some questions
Can you get access to the injectors by just rotating the engine?
Pash mentioned X1 injectors,if i replace with these does the map have to be changed?
What else should i replace o rings?

No need to rotate the engine to remove the injectors, just a fair bit of hand work and head begging but you get there in the end

Forget the X1 injectors, I was making the point that a tuber (X1) could have failed in the same way...

What can i say but a big thank you Pash.
Also would like to thank on helping when i was roadside.

A gentleman and a scholar.

Went over to Sweden on tuesday and fitted the injectors,all was well and made my way home.
Bike is now back in the UK at the emporium being checked over.

Just like to say a big thank you to all the who helped me getting the bike back.

Lovely ladies, alcohol, fighting,alcohol,nearly killing myself, alcohol, getting dragged off the plane by a 7ft smurff with a gun . Had an eventful time there .
