| Post subject: | S1W Mysterious oil leak |
My S1W has a slight oil leak that seems to be coming past the front cylinder exhaust header gasket. The bike has down 20,000 mls. Only thing I can think of is either the exhaust valve guide or the valve guide seal. Anyone had something similar? I shall be removing the exhaust headers to have a look inside that part of the head. |

Guide seals will have failed about 15000 miles ago if they're the originals, I'd bet. Could be running down from the rocker box though. |
