8-) Hi - can anyone give me a guidance on what weight/grade fork oil to use in my X1 Lightning 2001.

Also looking for a good setup for the front end - air gap for the forks, compression, rebound etc. I have a Penske Race shock fitted at the rear so want to get the front as right as I can before road testing.

cheers

Ok - thanks for the links - I have a manual but wanted to know if anyone had a better setup than stock. Also I need to know what grade fork oil is best for fast riding - the good ol' manual states Harley Davidson grade E. ???? Maybe I should talk to someone like Hagon Suspension.

Riders weight is 13stone and rides like he's just stolen it - occasionally has a passenger.

Cheers 8-)
