Equal length headers really need a remap. I have a Ti Force which has equal length bigger diameter headers and anti reverse cones.

Torque is up in the midrange, but the maps were knife and forked considerably. Prior to doing that it would run rich or lean depending on where you were in the map.

I have the freespirits headers, almost equal length :-)
Remapped the bike, but can't tell if it runs faster now.
Never get there ... :ill:

thanks guys answerd a few questions .
after reading Pash's ulytune was in two minds 1 fit lambda to front pipe or 2 get a set of equall lenght headers with two lambda's
also with std set up, if the non linear or absence of a bell shaped (to allow for volumetric efficency as rpm rises + &- ) rise in fuel map cell data was caused by the exhaust pulse timing.
also no logical consistant percentage diff from back cylinder (master) to the front (slave)
i have had a look at the ti force site and dyno charts show an increase in torque from 3000 -4500
but will prob stick with my set up at the moment and get a lambda fitted to front .
cos it'll prob cost about a grand for headers , silencer and ecu to suit .

so what sort of £ we talking for equal length headers with lambda front and rear and one of you special silencer's , prob have a while to save up the funds whilst pash does map :D
but begs the question there must be a ecu map designed and available for equal lenght headers :?:
