Anyone know if they use the same piston as a DT 175?
I'm sick of my TY rattling and can only find cheapo cast pistons. Wiseco do nice forged ones for the DT :?

Thanks, that was helpful :yup: 8-)

Don't like the look of those cheapo pistons :? I realise that the DT and the TY have the same part number, but I feel it in my water that the porting is different :D

My mate once asked me to 'have a look' at his very slow Bultaco Pursang. Turns out the piston he fitted was a trials piston, despite the (aftermarket) part number showing it as correct.
