I've a problem with my bike that I'm happy enough to live with but would like to fix if I could.

I've done a search both here and on Badweather and although I get hints about a fix (using TunePro to modify settings) I can't find any meaty info.

My bike is running great, it has the EBR ECM and did have the Albertcan fitted (presently back to standard to get through the Cadwell noise test). With either can the issue is the same. On starting, hot or cold, the bike has a stutter on 1st throttle opening. If you pull away without blipping the throttle 1st it'll stall. If you do this in front of your track group in the park ferme at Cadwell while turning sharp left it results in an embarrassing dump on your ear :oooops:

Badweather hint at some modification using Tunepro that can overcome this issue. Anyone here have any advice?

All TPS etc reset many times. I will be refitting the Albertcan although I do find it a bit loud. It'll save the OEM can for the MOT etc. Don't get me wrong it's a great can :)

Any help greatly appreciated.

Peter

Can't you get baffles for your Albert can?

I've got one Birdy but it's still more than the Cadwell noise limit I suspect. I think if I go with the performance then baffling it seems too counterproductive?

Probably true.
Trouble is, my pipe measured over 102db limit at Snetterton...standard apart from internal mods I think. Not sure by how much it differs from standard though. Brands is kinder at 105 limit, do you know what Cadwell is?
