After looking around the web 1/2 bore seems to be quite a rare size now but 5/8 appears to be much more common has anyone tried the bigger size with the PM caliper? I must use this caliper as it is a thing of great beauty.(ok I might need medical help here) or does someone there know where the 1/2 repair kits are available from???

As :maz: says however a 1/2" bore will give you a more powerful brake at the expense of lever travel.

Seals can come direct from Nissin:

Last time I checked 5/8 m/cyls are still available from H-D and they're surprisingly cheap
