After looking around the web 1/2 bore seems to be quite a rare size now but 5/8 appears to be much more common has anyone tried the bigger size with the PM caliper? I must use this caliper as it is a thing of great beauty.(ok I might need medical help here) or does someone there know where the 1/2 repair kits are available from???

All the PM caliper equipped Buells used 5/8 m/cyl's :?

As :maz: says however a 1/2" bore will give you a more powerful brake at the expense of lever travel.

Seals can come direct from Nissin:

Oh bugger typed it in the wrong way round also pash you posted me a link for replacing bearing on a belt tensioner.
So same question but the other way round, basically could you point me in the direction for a 5/8 seal kit and and a kit for pm caliper.

I think PM caliper seal kits are NLA (interestingly I have a brand new set).

.......and I have 2 piston/seal kits.......they are available via Mag Euro who now own PM ;)

Last time I checked 5/8 m/cyls are still available from H-D and they're surprisingly cheap
