Exhaust? Yeah, I use copa-slip cos I want them to have a good chance of the coming out again with minimum corrosion... They are hard to get in, but just ease in patiently with your thumbs. Maybe Spondon440 could make us some... ![]() Are you going to use copa-slipped K nuts on the exhaust studs when you have finished? |

I make a small chamfer/bevel at the "back side" edge, then use a large hex socket to push them in. |

Oh yeah, make sure the bore is clean, cos they have a habit of oxidising which reduces the diameter and makes it harder to get the gaskets in. |

If you get the standard grey finished ones they look like they come pre oxidized which saves you all the trouble of riding through winter to get the same effect ![]() ![]() ![]() |
