Treat this as an opportunity. One thing about Buells is that they handle very well despite the basic suspension fitted to them. Don't waste your time getting your shock rebuilt (they're not designed to be - despite what some rebuilders claim) I've been down that route, and the shock was just as crap afterwards

Buy a AST shock off Ronnie, it's the best thing you can bolt onto a Buell. You'll be amazed at how well they work :yup:

Went shock hunting over the last few days found a second hand works shock on ebay from US $400 , a guy on ebay brooks suspension says he will repair it for £150 with no warranty ?!? Wtf , spoke to Curtis from AST £500+vatplus a 3week build time or could get it from holland for €650 -25% , ohlins and penske are all way to much , twin motorcycles make there own shock for €580 plus €20 postage , went to a Harley dealership they were useless lol . Buells are fuckin hard wo :headbang: rk and expensive !

Expensive ain't the word when it comes to these bikes!

As for the HD dealers, the one over here couldn't even sell me the correct oil filter
