Sorry I am a bit of newby to this and Buells. Recently got a XB12r 04 which I have bought as right off, now have repaired it, its now S speck (front end) bike, but it's not right on a flat throttle like hunting, slowing down speeding up almost missing, sorry the best way I describe it (dose miss when warming up) May need a Ecu reset remap but don't know any thing about that. 2/ Also at high speed it feel like it wants to weave and a bit unstable could this tyre pressures and if so what are they? 3/ and the cooling fan coming on when you switch off the engine, when it was not on before you stopped the engine thanks for any help |

1/ it might need a tps reset, either a dealer can do it, but it will cost money, although it only takes 2 minutes. you can get a usb lead, and some free software called ECMSpy to use with a computer, but im not sure who supplies them. 2/ tyre pressures are 34 front, 36 rear, although some run them a couple of pounds higher 3/ the fan will run after you switch off to cool the rear cylinder, nothing to worry about. |

The weaving about could come from dodgy head bearings! N. |

if it was a right off have you checked that the frame/swingarm is straight?Wheels are true? yolks are straight?is it worse in corners and fast bends?if so your frame could be out of alignment you're tyre pressures would need to be well out I would think to create that feeling. hope i'm wrong,i usually am |

the weaving could be the wide bars you have fitted. |
