Acquired a X1 that sat for 7 years so I'm working on getting it running (and fixing many other things). Turns out there's more wrong than I thought but this shit happens when you buy sight unseen from 1000 miles away.
Question about the injectors...
If I can't locate actual X1 replacements, is it possible to use those from a XB12? I've no experience with XBs. So not sure if voltage is the same or if they even fit the manifold. I can make anything fit though.

I think early XB9s are the same. They went directional when the 12 came out.
Maybe easier for you is to get them matched up. As you know lots of bits are domestic US auto parts, TPS, O2 etc. so you may have more luck going to an auto parts store or Ford dealership...

I know the O2 is a Ford unit (Taurus IIRC) and I think the injector is as well. Problem is dealing with a parts counter schmuck that couldn't be arsed to help you look for the crossover. Figured one of you tuber gurus might know something.
Since my last Buells and started messing with BMWs, I've forgetten much of the tips, tricks and replacement bits.
