Hi is there a printable list of what you need to do to safe guard the smothe running of an xb on here? I here there is quite a bit to go at? Cheers Lee

I don't think so, but I'll start you off and others can add to it...

1. Free spirits tensioner
2. Crash bungs on the axles
3. Reflectors on the forks removed
4. Stainless exhaust (Albert/Remus/Stealth etc.)

Of course, there are all the servicing needs of the bike, see my 10k service thread to get an idea of what is worn out at 10k. Plus, depending on mileage, and if your bike is pre08, an oil pump gear change could be worth looking into...

Oil pump gear change it is then & what about this grease nipple ??
Can they be bought from some where & my local bike builder (ex notts custom cycles ) engineer do the work?

There's a fitting guide in the 'How To' section and you could buy from me if I did mail order, which I dont, or your 'engineer' could turn one up on his lathe :)

I'm getting there, working tomorrow and Sunday to get some extra dosh, I will need to speak to maz to see when he can fit me in.

Problem is I have too much work and not enough time to do it all :sad:
