).Fans will run longer when the bike is new. As it runs in it'll stop coming on as much.
I don't think the 'white wire mod' will work with yours.

re the white wire mod , can i perform this on a xb9 thunderstorm engine ,also i have an xb9 city x my mate has a xb9 53 plate and my cooling fan stays on loads longer than his, can i do anything to cool my engine more as it must be running hotter than his . |

thanks zoidberg yeah mine has only 1600 on it his has 12000 ,cant do white wire mod on mine but need rid of that flat spot |

Trade it for an 07 or previous ......or at least get the 07/previous headers and a decent aftermarket can.

They seem so small already. I have seen the difference in the XB12 but did not realise they have done the same to the 9 as well. |

the headers on my 9 are bigger than my mates 53 plate 9 my outlet is 63 mil his is 50 |
