Anyone tell me the difference between the stock and race ignition modules for an S1? What are the rev limiters set at for each? Cheers Nick |

i put race ignition on the m2 and to be honest cant notice a bloody difference! wish i spent it on a catch can!!!!! |

I'm running the race ECM, together with the full Buell race kit (headers, can, muffler and air filter) and the standard CV carb (albeit with a Dynojet Thunderslide kit installed) and mine makes 87.1 RWHP and 78ft/lbs of torque. At the last DG20 Dyno day, admittedly some time ago now, this was more than any other Buell, other than G2's 1250cc Fubar (101 RWHP ![]() Peak power was made at close to 6800rpm, so the extra 500rpm afforded by the race ECM definitely helps. |

one of mine made 120 rwhp and 200 rwhp with 3stg gas and could rev to 9.500rpm, its that type of tune when you need a hi4 or such as you can dial it all in. |
