Post subject:  Q: 2009 extended trouble codes

Anyone who owns a recent service manaual and could tell me the new trouble codes for DDFI-3 models?

These are the errors I'm looking for:

XB and 1125:
- Starter Relay
- Auxiliary Power Relay
- Neutral
- Clutch
- Active Intake Control
- Speed Sensor
- Idle Air Control

1125 only:
- Fan 2
- Crank sensor
- MAP sensor
- Baro sensor

Thanks!

Thanks a lot, but the pre-2008 models have installed only DDFI-2 ECM types.

Not so simple with the 1125 as they have a different system of DTC ie. Starter relay is given a DTC of P0616 and a priority order of 61 for ''circuit low'' and a DTC of P0617, priority 60 for ''circuit high''

Fans are listed as left and right and have DTC of P0691>P0694 for high and low circuits and priority no.s 56>59.
Crank sensor has P0337>P0339 and P.O's of 7>9 for low, high and intermittent.
MAP is P0107/63 for low/open and P0108/62 for high.
Baro is P02228/24 for low and P2229/23 for high.

Thank you very much! I will update the XB codes then and keep the fake codes for the hellicon models, which is still sufficient to make software work.
