I promised you my ECM content but it is not going to be that simple cos you have a BUEIA and I have JA (I think), feel free to email me yours and I'll knife and fork it to be like mine. However, back to the thread, I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do. The rear map will always be corrected by the O2 sensor, so if you factored it by 110%, the closed loop would factor it by 91%. If you wanted to factor it all up, you would have to disconnect your O2 sensor and then make the AFV 10% more than it is. If you wanted to keep the O2 sensor (which only measures the rear cylinder) you could play with this: http://www.ecmspy.com/cgi-bin/detail.cg ... offset=102 and add 10% to each correction value... But... My X1 is the best fueling Buell I have ridden (apart from my Firebolt and S1), I have not tinkered with the fueling at all (I played with the ignition timing at warm up so it wouldn't konk out). It has the 'Race Use Only' ECM (or the EEPROM burned into the standard ECM) with the Pro Race muffler and forcewinder (and 0.9mm skimmed off the heads), which apart from the heads is the same as yours. If it is not running right, there could be another issue that you are (unknowingly) trying to mask. I reckon the X1s were of the age when Buell could make a good product before some PM came along and told the calibration engineers that they had to do the same job in 1/3 of the time. |

Hi guys. If you are in OZ then fuel, sea level etc will play a big part in getting inj fueling right. Pash s map may not be very nice in yours ( if you are down under) that's why 99.9% of off the shelf inj tuning crud from USA will have a Neg impact on bikes in the uk if not adjustable. As pash has said leave stock and if you have a running issue look at other things. ![]() |

* I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do :- Me either. I Probably read too much. ![]() Oh a huge learning curve / quantum leap. The idle thingy continues to give me the shits. I thought I found a faulty o2 sensor. any thoughts on that.
