Hi, I was hoping you could help. I have a 2009 XB12SS Long and have an intermittent fault where my bike seems to misfire/cut out for a split second and then re-fires almost immediately which, with the engine torque, comes back in very aggressively. I had a similar fault a year or so ago, and the dealer replaced the exhaust pipe oxygen sensor, but leaving the dealer the gear box failed!! Now the fault has retuned, but now I am unsure as to whether the fault is the sensor o r maybe the gearbox issue has returned? I say this as I am not sure if the issue is a misfire of the gearbox jumping , temporily, out and then back into of gear; if that is possible? Have you experienced anything like this before and could you suggest what you think could be the issue? Thanks in advance for any help you can impart. Kind regards for now, |

I would suggest logging some data and see what signals are dropping out... |
