Buell xb12x 2006 So after a whole year of trying to fix this bike various specialists company's new wiring,bas,cps,temp sensor,o2 sensor, plugs ,coil, leads. I still have a fault.bike runs perfect for 1/2 hr then I get a splutter engine light comes on and goes out and bike carries on. plug in ecmspy code21 in history amc stuck open
This is turned off and removed
If I change my ecm to a race one, I can run all day but idle is crap.

My question is this if it's turned off, is it possible that corrupt Epprom firmware could do this, or faulty ecm

Where do I go from here !

Or can anybody tell me who would look at this, and not want to read codes and bolt bits on

This suggests that it is something to do with the ECM. Who turned the AMC 'off' and how did they do it?

Which specialist companies have you visited?

Regarding the crap idling, have you done a TPS reset on the race ECM?
