Hi everyone.
I had perfect experience with ukbeg's help in the past. That time it was Buell XB12R problem.
But now its Buell 1125R 2009 with jumping fuel pressure, I can see it in Diag mode 50-500kPa during idling and on the way.
What has been done: stator and rotor from EBR, new fuel pump, ecm from same Buell 1125R does the same pressure surging. Fuel pressure sensor installed from same Buell model either like ecm. All wiring inspected and insulated, no luck.
If I disconnect fuel pressure sensor the fuel pressure goes to 500kPa as described in manual, as long as bike run without this sensor all good, but after reconnection problem appear and bike run like crap.
With sensor removed from fuel rail and hole in rail pluged I press membrane of fuel pressure sensor and control the pressure, no any surging, steady figures
After all I installed resistor switch instead of fuel pressure sensor and tryed to adjust voltage impulse to ecm, that procedure either with no luck.
Could You be so kind and give advices, dear UKBeg community.
Thanks in advance. Valentyn
P.S. English is not my mother tongue.

Did this issue start when the stator and rotor were changed? If so is the battery voltage now stable and correct ?

The fuel pressure should be between 400 and 517 depending on engine demands which is controlled by the ecu on it's ground side . Is the TPS sensor reading OK? if not the ecu will be thinking that the engine demands are different to reality and may be shutting down the fuel.Have you done a TPS reset since fitting a different ecu?

Also the Map sensor or Baro sensor could possibly be confusing the ecu if they are faulty.

Thanks for reply kevmean

TPS shows 2-100% and reset done many times.
Btw I followed every tip in troubleshooting section and couldn't rectify this defect.
I did disconnect even baro sensor to see any changes, no success.

Forgot to say, I did disconnect both fuel injectors one by one while bike was idling and even flush them, no success.
IAC cleaned either.
Really confused, because looks like I did everything

Can not attach pic with me and Erik, "add the file" button doesn't work.

Something is getting lost in translation here lOl English, being the weird language that it is, often has one word with several meanings. Folk that live in Poland are called the Polish. We also have a substance known as polish, which is a waxy grease rubbed into surfaces to make them shine, especially leather. 'To polish a turd' is an English way of saying that you're making a crap thing look good lOl 8-)

Idle measurements do not allow conclusions for riding issues, because it's very different in many aspects. Please record a log (from cold start to the point the error occurs while riding), then post a link to the log.

Control loop implementation in DDFI-3 is quite solid, as far as I can tell from the logs I saw.
