I was looking for this info a while back and found this:

Rear Spacer Tube: 202.8 +/- 0.05 mm, 7.984 +/- 0.002 inch
Front Spacer Tube: 107.9 +/- 0.05mm, 4.248 +/- 0.002 inch

Here:

Which matches up with some measurements someone took of some new spacers (I can't remember where I found this info):

Rear measured:
O/D = 1.447” = 1 1/2”
Wall thickness = 0.113” = 1/8”
length = 8”

O/D = 36.78mm
Wall thickness = 2.82mm
length = 23mm

Front Measured

O/D = 1.251”
Wall thickness = 0.112”
Length = 4.248”

O/D = 31.79mm
Wall thickness = 2.82mm
length = 107.86mm

Also, the originals are made of aluminium not steel.

I've just noticed a mistake in the rear length

Rear measured:
O/D = 1.447” = 1 1/2”
Wall thickness = 0.113” = 1/8”
length = 8”

O/D = 36.78mm
Wall thickness = 2.82mm
length = 23mm <- This should be 203.2mm (8")

But that said the originals were made to imperial measurements, so depending on your machinist it might be better to stick to imperial measurements? One machinist I use (retired and in his 80's now), won't work in metric at all.
