This may be an idiosyncrasy of the bike, or the injection or a large vee twin..... Right of idle, 1st and second gear, coasting with traffic and it starts to move and you just want to dial in a touch more power and it'll just lurch and surge. I'm sure it's just how it is and not an actual fault but I just wanted to check. I'm more used to pumper flatslide carbs and their heavy throttles so the Buell set up requires a level of finesse that I'm just not used to, perhaps the right hand needs recalibration. |

TPS reset would be my first port of call. Check the How To section. |

Wot Pash sed ![]() It's not that bad, just not inline 4 smooth, I thought all big twins struggled a bit low down - but no harm in me trying TPS reset. I've bought the kit to make up 5 leads (minimum order quantity) - if anyone wants one? Downloaded ECMSPY 2.0 mono - will this do the job? |
