| Post subject: | Engine management light |
My engine management light started flashing on X1 manual says engine temp to high. I don't have a scanaliser. Anyone have an idea what the problem solution could be. |

Chaffed temp sensor insulation... Being a cheapskate, I would disconnect the bullet connector and feed a few different diameter heatshrinks over the wire... |

The engine management lamp has been coming on after a few miles (or a few revs) and stays on. I've been ignoring it for 5 years. John 2000 X1 |
