Hi Folks, Most of my threads about S**t running can be finalised here. Just fitted a K&N filter & a new cover for the air box and my 1125r has turned into a purring kitten. The difference is nothing short of miraculous I kid you not. Went for about 20 miles this Am to test it out & rode back through Matlock Town at 29mph in third & it was running without feeling like the engine was gonna fall out. It has also smoothed acceleration & it feels like a standard bike again, bit less of an ungainly monster. Hopefully now I have a decent starting point, I can work through tuning it properly. You certainly did. Pash as well. Can't thank everyone by name. Just thanks for being a great club And I do pay attention, I'd be a fool not to. I've only had it five minutes. I know nothing other than generalities regarding the many bikes I've owned. Thanks Maz. |
