2004 Buell XB12s So normally my bike starts from cold perfect. But yesterday and this morning it’s being a right pig to start. It won’t idle any higher than 500-750rpm and if I don’t hold the throttle slightly it just cuts out? I’ve noticed as well the fan doesn’t kick in like normal. The last time I had problems like this it was the air intake temp sensor, am I right in thinking that sensor has something to do with idle as well?? It’s also started to miss fire when I roll off the throttle and sometimes when sitting at like 40/50mph it hiccups. i've just changed the plugs as they were well over due! i checked the battery terminals hadn't come loose. Can you clean the air intake temp sensor? I’ve got some contact cleaner would that be ok with it?? |

IATS has very little bearing on fueling, more likely engine temp sensor ? |
