So when I go to start my XB12 it does the clicking thing when it turns over, this problem has been covered many times but when I pull the clutch lever in it starts fine with no clicking issues. Also, I've noticed every time I pull the clutch lever in the neutral light comes on even if its in gear

Has anyone else had these issues?

Diode is fitted in the wrong direction.

In the fuse box.....it's the black 'fuse' with a white arrow on top.

Brilliant, thank you! I know the one. In that case the neutral light fault is prob my fault as I was fiddling with that when playing about with the relays trying to determine which one was for the starter.
