Just about to change the coolant and fork oil on my CR but cant seem to find how much coolant is needed to fill the system or what grade fork oil is recommended. Advice would be appreciated |

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I’ve actually got a digital copy of the manual but couldn’t see that for the the life of me😄 |
