A quick Google would suggest "UNF 5/16 x 24", but don't quote me on that, as I haven't a clue
I'd guess the 24 is threads per inch and the 5/16 is the required spanner size

5/16" UNC in the head. 5/16" UNF for the nut. HTH. |
