I have solved the previous gear shifter problem with the help on here and chatting with Pash. The S1 has had an X1 Primary cover fitted, I think. The pivot bolt on the gear lever, which passes through the cover is working itself loose. I know that I have to spend probably just as much time tightening bolts as riding but this one is a real pain. Has anyone got a close up picture or schematic of the bolt, lever and spacers so that I can check that it’s correct. A torque setting and what Loctite, I'm using stud-lock but possibly no tightening the bolt enough, thin line between tight and snapped.

Mine was a pain in the arse to begin with as well when I put the later linkage on in place of the early contraption, make sure the hole is oil free and I used Loctite 222 threadlocker, touch wood its been ok since, good luck
