Post subject:  Steering head bearings.

The steering has started to feel vague when riding around town, not so noticeable on twisties. It's an xb9 firebolt with 7000 miles and after reading various posts it looks like the stearing head bearings need doing. Is there a site that does non buell replacements? and what would I be ordering?
Any help appreciated.
thanks

They are Buell specific ie. not a generic bearing and not available from anywhere else but H-D Buell.

Thanks for the advice, now that I know I'll call around dealers. Not looking forward to replacing them!

There easy to do.
Just knock the old ones out and pull the new ones in.

Before you do just make sure the tyre pressures are right.
