Once again folks thanks for your good wishes etc, we both really appreciate them. One of the symptons is vertigo which can hit her very suddenly, which is a real bummer for her as she cannot ride her bike and may well have to sell it.

Edd - this campsite may be of interest. It's about 200 yards from the Aviation Centre.

Tel: 01790 763301.

Thanks for your observations CJ. Would you believe it, but I couldn't make contact so I have made other arrangements. :? I expect a few bikers grab a bite there don't they?

I don't want to put a spell on the weather by saying I'll make this one...................so look to the east and the sun! lOl

The Red Lion, Revesby, were most of us are staying, is fully booked. But....

I've booked a room for the Friday and Saturday night at the Red Lion. It's a twin room so if anyone wants to share let me know.

Location details: here

It's 2.4 miles from East Kirkby.

An alternative is the Bull Hotel in Horncastle, which is 8 miles from East Kirkby. Quite a few of us stayed at the Bull for last years event. The Bull has a larger selection of rooms and charges approx. £40 per person B&B in a twin/double room or approx. £45 per person B&B in a single room.
