Would have, but he was hiding from me. lOl

Really glad that you, Matt and the family made it there today. :worthy:
I was thinking of Darren as we passed through some of the villages on the way up. Last time Yoffie, Ash and I rode those roads together, they were under a foot of water.
Glad that Mrs. M. enjoyed her Truck drive as well. Buy her a Yorkie from me. :4roz:

Good to see you all again a truely smashing day :yup:

I lost my Jayne on the way back and had to turn around, turns out one of her ear plugs had fell out! Mind you thats not as bad as when one falls inside, they are a real pig to get out! Thanks to the Bueller that slowed down to check us out :yup:

I managed to take the wrong turn three times on't way back  Grantham town center looks quite nice and so does Nottingham

Good ride back apart from the west wind on us, we swapped bikes so Jayne could get behind the fairing on mine.

This group of bikers is the friendliest ( :sp: ?) I know :yup:

Nate.

I did Grantham town centre and Newark town centre as well, on the way back today.
I did the 'scenic' through Nottingham town centre last year

Ta for the posh cigar :yup:

Hi all,

Just want to say what a wonderful day it's been, I've really enjoyed it!.
Thanks to Chris and Jane for all there efforts and to everyone else who helped out. :worthy:

Was great riding with all you good people up from Newmarket. :yup:
I really hope Dark Horse and her good fella got on ok. I phoned work on arrival to see if they had heard from you and they told me Del was coming out in the van to pick you and the bike up for a belt fit at BB. Hope the bike rolling again!. I reckon we tempted fate with all that talk of Free Spirit tensioners ;)

You really are a great bunch of peeps, it was so nice to see again, the people I know and a lot of people I didn't. :maz: that S1 is just stunning!, great to see you again, reading previous posts, it sounds like the belt lives to fight another day! ;)

Steve, everyone missed ya, hope the day went ok back at the ranch, just to say thank you for the help, oh, and the doughnuts at the start! :yup:

See you all again soon ;)

Jon

Hello everyone I hope you enjoyed the day, it sounds like it. Shame that we almost, but not quite, made it, thanks to my belt snapping mid-overtake :sad1:
Thanks to Jon for leading us from BB Newmarket and to Bernard for coming back to see where Jaques and I had got to :)
And big big thank you's to Steve and George for helping a damselle in distress and sending a van to pick up my bike. They even sorting my new belt out for me so I could ride home today! That's real service! :4roz:
Mind you it did mean that I had to ride pillion back to Newmarket on Jaques' bike :uhoh:
