Guys
When I started the question about the ACE I didnt mean to start a war!!!! I was only asking if anyone was interested. CJ does enough work for us as a group and I knew it was not a UKBEG event. I was only interested to see if any fellow UKBEG members would be there.
As to us southerners not venturing out of our area, thats a bit unkind. Many of us will ride out to other parts and enjoy meeting up whenever possible.
Anyway, back to my original question-are any UKBEG members goig? Whilst CJ does much work for us, can we southerners not make an effort without CJ holiding our hands? :?: :dummy:

What's a 'road captain'? If it's what I think, please, please tell me you're not serious :o

Had best offer my excuses now - We won't be there - we're hosting a huge party on the 29th and if I'm in any fit state to ride to London on the 30th then someone stole my vodka and I'm gonna be mighty cross

As this is an 18th I expect what I'll actually be doing is clearing up puke and discarded bottles while nursing a poorly head.

Shame, I'd have liked to see a road captain in the flesh. Do they do YMCA do ya think?

Anyone ever heard of a lowering kit for a XT - his is on order

See you there - if not before :|

PS - it is a long way from Sussex tho ... so I may need to stop for a shandy
