You'd be making a mistake getting a Duc classic if you only want one bike, I'm sure Adam would confirm this.
An STT and a Duc classic would be nice together but then so's an X1 and a falco 8-)

You're quite correct, I was weaned on TriTons/TriBsa's etc with clip ons down by the spindle but after 100 miles the wrists do need a bit of a rest and I've modified mine to raise them about an inch. When I get on the 1125 it feels like a big old comfy arm chair lOl
A Sport Classic would compliment the Ully nicely though 8-)

Yes, I was pleased / relieved when I saw my Firebolt had the Lightning bars on it. ;)

Ash, if you go to Triumph, you could allways put a large elastic band around your head when you get fed up of yawning :yup:

Soooo many new Ducs lining up in the bike park at the moment; it was like a trade stand the other day... Couple of Speed Triples too... Made my '98 CBR look kinda vintage & cool... The KTMs look good, but I'm gonna try a tuber first... If I can find one... That's after I spend this winter recommissioning the NC30...

Reminds me of the Montjuic. Thumbs rested on the stanchions. I once made it to Totnes from Wimborne without stopping - thank god for the recuperative powers of scrumpy.

Try the Hyper S, had mine over a year and pretty much used it every day for commuting and playing - it's a great bike and is fairing well in Scottish weather. Only complaint was the 12 litre tank which has now been changed for a 22 litre.

Adam is correct, the new Ducs are pretty good and are certainly no more expensive than an XB to own ;)

Hoofing bike :yup:

I still wish I had my uly but you can't have everything, the Ducati is a work of art and the quality is another level from earlier offerings.

Find out how much you'd get for your STT first Ash. Despite being (IMHO) the best XB it was not the most popular and may not make much as a trade in etc.
give us one good reason why you really want to change it
