Arriving in a car :? is all very well but it's going to do nothing for our impressive display of V-twin motorcycles :Dummy:....

I may have just helped out...gave Jo a ring (one of the girls who came to ems day on her tuber) she and her friend may also ride up from Sleaford, so hopefully thats two more Buells lOl lOl . She told me on the phone that she had been having some 'log on' problems on ukbeg, sounds like a job for Ash m8. That news may even get the Buell parking warden out of bed :sun: :sun:

I'm sure the very versatile Ulysses XT can accommodate four little-uns with ease :D...

 Or do a 'Woody' and have them arrive in the car with you on the Buell...

CJ..may be up for this...but we may bring the-inlaws with us lOl I've just suggested to our lass that she brings um in there car, and I'll ride the Buell down, now that sounds like a plan  I'll let you know nearer the date.

Stay lucky Woody.

Looking at the East Kirkby website there's this on the day too........

A collection of approx a dozen Triumph Cars built between 1930 and 1939 will be visiting the museum for our Battle of Britain Day.

Classic Corvette Car Club visit to the Centre.

Tony - thanks for that info, I didn't know about the Corvettes and Triumphs - they will help to make the day even more special :P....

After a very wet start to the day we couldn't believe the fabulous weather for this afternoons Battle of Britain event. It couldn't have been better and we even managed to miss the odd shower on the ride back home.

It wasn't the biggest Buell meet we've ever held but at least we had one example of each type, with our Ulysses, Pete's S1WL and Kev's 1125CR flying the flag. Thanks for turning up guys :worthy:...

We didn't have any Ducati riders join us but the Yamaha FS1E club managed a good turnout.

We also met up with Digger, Kathryn, Ken and Cath, and shared a few laughs.

The Spitfire and Me109 put on a fantastic display and the pyrotechnics were loud and spectacular.

All in all a very good day and a fitting end to East Kirkby's flying display season.

Our small, but impressive display of Buell motorcycles :D....
