Weather update looks a bit showery, but plenty of dry in between. Mountain roads could be damp. Me thinks a run down the Lleyn would give best chance of dry tarmac, but you never know untill you hit the road. Have to go to a family do tommorow lunch but if dry in the evening might pop over to beris to say hello albert666.

Weather forecast for snowdonia is SHITE, central and north east wales is dry, sorry folks thats just how it is up here. My best suggestion is meet as planned, go for dinner at Pen Y gwryd, we will get wet but we can dry out by an open fire. Then head east if we want a fun ride on some drier roads.
Wishing you a safe ride up hear.
Rich

The heavy rain seems to be forecast to fall West of Bala. Just a thought, how about, meet in Llanberis, Peny for dinner (as before) the Beddgellert, Tremadog, Maentwrog, Trawsffynedd, Bala, the wonderful Llangynog Pass, and my gaff for a brew?
I'm easy, whatever lOl

Apologies, but we've decided not to attend today's event. It's tipping it down here in West Yorkshire and the forecasts indicate that we will have a very wet 150 mile ride to Llanberis.

We hope those of you that are based locally have a good day.

Thanks 'Iron Butt' CJ, you've given me the perfect excuse to wimp out. I phoned a biking mate in Capel this morning and he fell about laughing. Mrs Adam and me really don't fancy getting drenched and riding slowly on greasy roads just for the Hell of it lOl

I've just waved Norrie off lOl and told him to bring anyone back with him, that's heading for the Midlands for a mid journey break. Mrs Adam is making a cake, so you can can have some trough and a brew :yup:
Enjoy the day folks 8-)

I'm still gonna tough it out seeing as I've only 5 miles to go
Just think if you make it to Llanberis you can tell all the others with total conviction
Harden the fuck up !

Not long back.
Had a good ride up there going through Bala and over a pass that I don't know the name of.
It was beautiful weather all day and never seen any rain at all. (I wish) lOl
Still all the real bikers were there these that don't mind getting slighty damp.
It was good to meet Whichway and catch up with old friends as well.
Managed to dry off eventually and will probably head over that way again when the roads are dry.

As for all the people that weren't there harden the fuck up. lOl

I think Jane and I need to show more commitment and harden up a bit. Then we too can be real riders :worthy:....

Yeah you do seem to lack commitment Chris as that's the second meet you've missed this year because of rain. lOl
