:hehe: I wish that were my attitude; unfortunately, I get too attached to stuff, so whenever I get rid of something, especially something fun like a bike, I feel a bit down. I'm just re-thinking the bikes to hold onto at the moment.

i know what you mean. i have a yamaha 350lc in my garage that i bought in 1981. wont part with it even though it would take a long time to get back on the road.

i keep telling friends i will sort it out one day, but their eyes just glaze over

I got my 1983 LC from when I was 17 (25 years ago) but I will never get round to doing it up plus there was one with non matching numbers needing complete restoration went for almost £800 quid on ebay so really should get rid of.
