I would consider the Ulysses or SS route, but I do have a soft spot for the STT's (seat height, sus travel etc just feel right), so that's my first preference that I'll try to hold out for, and failing that, I'll have to stretch the ideals to the other options.

I've been dealt a sermon and I would seriously consider it. In fact, I've had a sneaky shot at parting the prophet with his own bible, but he forcefully declined.

I'm have only a small reservation about using a tuber as an everyday, all weather commute that I'm expecting you all to destroy by quick reply. In my mind, a tuber is a thing of beauty to cherish for good weather days, were as an xb is always going fade away, rust, fall apart anyway, so I'd be less inclined to worry about taking it out in the rain salt.

Not sure I'd buy something I haven't seen in the flesh, but you now have me thinking...

I'm still using my S1 every day for commuting. I just clean it at weekends.
It's starting to look like a bag of shit, but it will be a teenager next year.

Oxford HD have a good 08 Uly , my old one, ss can/ powerizer 4800m Orange i owned it almost 2yrs no faults.Garage kept. Just a thought
