You have a Ulysses, and the thing on the back is known as a "triple tail" or as I always called it "A great Rack".

This is indeed a good place. Properly introducing oneself certainly helps, though, as does a modicum of basic information on the bike. From what you wrote, should we be offering condolences (re the husband, not the bike)?

Knowing the part of the country where you live wold help members to guide you to a proper service establishment to have the problems sorted.
