This will be UKBEG's 7th 'Cabin Fever' meet held at the National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull.

Location details: here

Escape the wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/kids/in-laws/distant relatives/mind-numbing TV (delete as appropriate) and come along to this informal Buell meet which closes UKBEG's 2010 events season.

The meet starts at 11.00 to 11.30 am and includes lunch in the self-service restaurant. Jane will also bring some of her 'festive fancies' :P so you won't go hungry.

There's no charge for parking or for entrance to the museums shop and restaurant.

If you wish to visit the museums superb collection of British motorcycles it will cost £6.95 for adults and £4.95 for children, 4 to 15 years.

Come on a motorcycle, or in a car, all are welcome.

When you arrive keep turning left as you enter the car park complex and you'll find us near the main entrance to the museum building.

Cabin Fever 2009 was very well attended with 20+ people and 8 Buells:

Important:

The National Motorcycle Museum is located on the Junction 6 island of the M42 (A45) directly opposite the NEC.

Sat Nav caution – some systems inaccurately position the NMM's B92 0ED postcode several miles from their actual location. Once you are on the A45 or M42 and in the vicinity of the NEC and Airport, please be vigilant for the NMM's brown signs.

Last year some UKBEG members used postcode B91 2TH for the NMM and went straight to the correct location.

Google maps gives the post code as B92 0EJ so I'm going to give that a try.

If you get lost head for the NEC and then it's basically the opposite side of the big roundabout there ;)

It looks as though this icy weather is set to continue into next week but we're optimistic that Cabin Fever will still go ahead.
